Rates

You can view current editorial and commercial rates on each studio page at GAS Studios.

We aim to stay flexible, so if you have specific requirements or budget considerations, contact the studio team and we’ll talk through the options.

Parking

Each studio includes complimentary parking. Additional spaces can be requested and are charged per vehicle, subject to availability.

All vehicles must display a valid parking permit, which can be collected from the GAS Studios team on arrival.

Deliveries & Collections

We aim to accommodate deliveries and collections wherever possible, however capacity may be limited during peak periods.

For early deliveries or late collections, please request a delivery form from the team in advance and wait for confirmation before arranging transport.

Storage charges may apply for multiple items or extended periods. We are not responsible for items delivered before your booking or left on site after wrap.

Payment Terms

Full payment of studio hire is required in advance to confirm your booking with GAS Studios.

Cancellation policies are outlined in our Terms & Conditions.

Equipment & Kit Hire

Lighting, grip and production equipment are available through our in-house partner, GAS Hire.

Share your kit list with the team and we’ll advise on availability and provide a quote.

You’re welcome to bring personal equipment. Third-party rental suppliers are not permitted on site without prior approval.

Waste & Recycling

Standard waste disposal is included using the bins provided within your hired area.

Any additional waste removal must be agreed in advance and will incur extra charges, payable prior to your visit.

Waste left outside the agreed terms may incur additional charges after the booking.

Catering

All in-house catering at GAS Studios is provided by Rida Kitchen, who operate on site and understand the pace and demands of studio shoots.

Catering can be arranged alongside your booking, from simple crew lunches to full on-set service.

External catering is not permitted without prior approval.

Access & Loading

All studios offer straightforward load-in, with drive-in access available depending on the space booked.

Please flag any large vehicles or special access requirements in advance so the team can plan accordingly.

Studio Hours & Overtime

Studio hire covers the agreed access hours only.

Overtime is subject to availability and will be charged additionally. If you expect your day to run over, please let the team know as early as possible.

Insurance

All productions must hold valid public liability insurance.

Proof of insurance may be requested prior to your booking.
